- Day 2: Hike from Trient to Champex-Lac - 10.5 miles, 7 hours
- Day 3: Hike from Champex-Lac to Le Châble - 8.5 miles, 4.5 hours

- Day 5: Hike from Cabane Mont Fort to Cabane Prafleuri - 10.5 miles, 7.5 hours

- Day 7: Hike from Arolla to La Sage - 7.5 miles, 4 hours
