• Day 3: Hike from Les Chapieux to Rifugio Monte Bianco - 10.2 miles, 5 hours 
• Day 4: Hike from Rifugio Monte Bianco to Courmayeur - 11.4 miles, 6 hours 
  
• Day 5: Hike from Courmayeur to Lavachey - 8.7 miles, 5.5 hours 
• Day 6: Hike from Lavachey to La Fouly - 13.4 miles, 7 hours 
• Day 7: Hike from La Fouly to Champex-Lac - 10.1 miles, 4.5 hours
